Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team in the role of Receptionist/Admin Assistant. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Log tickets for our clients who reach out through email or phone calls.
Assist our admin team with various tasks as needed.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Provide administrative support to our technical team as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
