MJD Recruitment are seeking a professional, driven and friendly Front of House that enjoys representing an organisation to be at their best. As the face of the company being friendly, composed, professional and well presented are a prerequisite.As the Front of House you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring each and every visitor has an exceptional experience and providing administrative support to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Ensure the Front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with business administration
- Event Assistance - Lots of fun events!
- Stationary orders and office maintenance requests
- General administration support
- Manage costs for food purchased and staffing for events
- Arrange beverages and catering for all meetings
- Set up meeting rooms for specific events and/or meetings
- Check and restock fridges in Front of House kitchen with refreshments
- Good organisational and time management skills
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role, Professional Services experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong client focus and understanding of client needs
- Proven interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
