Excellent opportunity for an experienced Front Of House superstar to join a leading business in their sector!

MJD Recruitment are seeking a professional, driven and friendly Front of House that enjoys representing an organisation to be at their best. As the face of the company being friendly, composed, professional and well presented are a prerequisite.
As the Front of House you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring each and every visitor has an exceptional experience and providing administrative support to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Ensure the Front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
• Assist with business administration
• Event Assistance - Lots of fun events!
• Stationary orders and office maintenance requests
• General administration support
• Manage costs for food purchased and staffing for events
• Arrange beverages and catering for all meetings
• Set up meeting rooms for specific events and/or meetings
• Check and restock fridges in Front of House kitchen with refreshments

Required skill set:

• Good organisational and time management skills
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role, Professional Services experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Strong client focus and understanding of client needs
• Proven interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
