About the Role
Seeking part time Front Office Administrator to join our Stoney Creek Lifestyle Community in Marsden Park. This role is 2 days per week.
Mondays & Tuesdays 9.30 – 4.30 with additional days to cover sick and annual leave.
Key Accountabilities
- Process cash, credit card and debit card payments, ensuring correct procedures are followed
- Assist guests and residents with all questions and reasonable requests
- Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Conduct site tours if necessary, with prospective guests / residents
- Use of computer programmes (Newbook, MS Office) to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents
- Answering incoming calls, action faxes and emails and sort mail
- Attend to general receptionist duties including filing and any other duties as assigned by management
About You
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Confident in decision making and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive team player
- Well organised and time conscious
- Confident and proficient at dealing with people
- Keen eye for detail
