About the RoleAn exciting opportunity for an administrator who is self-driven, enthusiastic, and detail oriented. This position sits at our front reception and will serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.
- Handling incoming phone calls, directing them when necessary and taking messages as required;
- Answering general queries in person, by telephone and email;
- Monitor several email inboxes and answer or distribute as required with consideration of any marked priority;
- Provide information about products and services to customers;
- Opening all mail, sorting, and distributing to relevant staff members;
- Organising travel arrangements and accommodation as required;
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable administrative duties as required, including electronic record keeping.
- Keep stock of Office supplies and business cards, ordering when necessary;
- Prepare non-inventory Purchase Orders.

- Solid understanding of computer operations
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Organised with the ability to multitask
- Good level of attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance

- Permanent 38-hour week, Mon-Fri, no weekend work
