The Opportunity
We currently have a great opening for a Front Office Administrator with the opportunity for future growth and career progression. If you enjoy working in a small team, are detail oriented and have excellent administration skills, then this role is for you.
Working in a small business environment with a small professional team, you will be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with working both autonomously and also as part a of a team including working closely with, and providing support to the Company Directors.
The key to this role is organisation and co-ordination, as well as high work standards and accuracy. Main duties include but not limited to:
- Managing front of house including, presentation, phone and customers;
- Undertake daily administrative tasks;
- Respond to emails and correspondence;
- Parts ordering, receipting and allocation;
- Accurate data entry of stock;
- Invoicing and general accounts;
- Maintain office systems and procedures to uphold Company standards.
Required skills/experience of the Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role;
- Outstanding administration skills ;
- Strong organisation and time management skills;
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel;
- A systematic and methodical approach to all aspects of your work;
- Attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of accounting practices including experience with MYOB would be an advantage but not absolutely essential;
- Flexibility and willingness to support others;
- Results oriented with the ability to meet deadlines;
- A solutions mind-set and willingness to contribute to solving challenges;
- Drivers licence required.
