Skye Dental is seeking an outstanding Front Office Co Ordinator to lead alongside our reception team. 

As our Front Office Co Ordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring our patients experience the minute they walk through our front doors is exceptional. Our reception team are renowned amongst the community for their warm, caring and empathetic nature. 

We are offering the successful candidate a Permanent Part-time position, however can negotiate for the right applicant. 

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is highly regarded for this position, have experience with Exact? We want to hear from you!

What we would ideally love from you:

• A positive attitude that is consistent throughout the working day, negativity is left at the door! 
• Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role or with some form of seniority level during your career and are wanting to take that next step in your career
• Experience with Exact is a HUGE advantage
• Preferably have clinical knowledge background to assist with our patients queries out at reception 
• Be flexible with your working hours 
• Be able to work well under pressure - we are a super fast paced surgery 
• Be able to work well in a team environment - we are only as good as our team, our team are everything to us.
