Key responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
- Checking customers in with the relevant details
- Updating our systems to reflect our current and future jobs
- Keeping our customers informed on the status of their car
- Working with the team of technicians to coordinate our workflow
- Ordering parts as required
Success in the role is being…
- A great communicator
- Well organised
- Able to manage competing priorities, and
- Confident with computers
- And…if you do have experience in an automotive workshop or a good understanding of cars, that's great too.
