Position: Front Office Co-Ordinator / Dental Reception
We're seeking a dynamic full-time Front Office Co-Ordinator / Dental Receptionist to become an integral part of our Melbourne Smiles team. At Melbourne Smiles, we're not just a denture clinic – we're also a full-service dental laboratory under Melbourne Smiles Dental Laboratory. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating schedules through organising & scheduling patient appointments in person, email and phone.
- Processing payments: EFTPOS and HICAPS.
- Managing patient correspondence including pricing and availability inquiries
- Processing patient forms, invoices and deliveries.
- Providing exceptional, comprehensive patient and team care
- Managing dental clinics with pick ups and deliveries
- Supporting other members of the team as needed
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental practice preferred
- Xero experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to demonstrate professional and efficient communication with both patients and staff
- Willingness to learn and work cohesively as a team
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm so there are no late nights or weekend work.
