Experience with a similar role within a hotel.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow your career within a recognised Hotel Brand.
Previous experience and knowledge of Opera system.
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for creating memorable hotel guest experiences.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Initiative, creativity and a resourcefulness attitude towards all facets of hotel operations.
Notable organisational skills and good communication skills at all levels.
Provide support and guidance to all relevant departments when required.
RSA Certification & Approved Manager license desirable
First Aid Certificate desirable
Flexibility to assist across all departments where necessaryThe position entails a roster of 5 weekly shifts totaling 38 hours. Shifts will be a combination of day and night shifts.
