We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our Front Office team to provide exceptional service to all our guests and support our guest service agents.
YOUR ROLE:
- Maintains optimistic guest and colleague communications with respectable working relationships
- Assisting the Rooms Division Manager and Senior Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Must have experience in overnights, rolling the system and reconciliation of reports / accounts
- Responsible to maintain an updated record log for all cash and valuables in the safe keeping of the Duty Managers
- Handle guest complaints and implement corrective action as required
- Check rooms, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly
- Greeting and checking-in and checking-out guests (Opera System)
- Delivering luggage to guest rooms
- Providing support to all other departments
- Maintain accuracy of cash and credit transactions within your department
- Assisting guest enquiries and managing guest feedback.
- Answering room booking requests such as online, email and telephone
- Maintain accuracy of guest accounts
- Ensuring the service provided to our guests is of a high standard
YOUR ATTRIBUTES WILL INCLUDE:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role is desired
- Adaptability / Flexibility over a 7-day rotating roster

REQUIREMENTS
- DRIVERS LICENSE – Must have auto/manual license
- RSA - Must attain Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- WORKING RIGHTS - All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
