Rydges Sydney Airport is looking for a Full-time ‘Duty Manager’ with 1 years' experience to help drive our hotel forward.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Duty Manager
- Excellent customer relations, problem solving and complaint handling skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Leadership skills that are second to none
- Working knowledge of Opera and an understanding of point of sales systems
- Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager will be highly considered.
- This role is available for immediate start.
