A bit about the role & what we will need from you (you don't have to have it all)....
- The focal point of every hotel, you'll be the star of the show, point of contact for every visitor or guest (based on reception)
- You'll be a problem solver, a giver of memorable experiences and not afraid to run loops if need be
- You'll have great communication between your team, guests and interdepartmental - I guess everyone you come into contact with
- This role will directly report into the FOM and you will work very closely in managing the department to ensure it is winning in every way possible (service, tasks, staff, smooth operation every day)
- Shifts across 5 days and the perfect mix across the usual shift times (morning, afternoon and at times jumping on nights)
