Part time senior receptionist position available in busy Hobart Hotel.

You will be responsible for:
·Attending to general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, action emails, sort mail and filing
Provide administrative support
·Directing guest check-in and check-out following correct procedures
·Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
·Assisting guests with all questions and reasonable requests
·Contacting housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report issues
We’re looking for someone with:
·Passion for the hospitality industry, previous experience in a similar role / industry
· Bubbly personality
·Exceptional customer service skills and experience using RMS
·Computer literate using Microsoft Office suite
·Ability to work autonomously with a desire to contribute within a team environment
·Strong attention to detail and organisational and time management skills
·Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
