Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our operations team. We are a diverse team of individuals, united together by a genuine desire to help our clients achieve their financial goals. We provide clients with a high level of service and personalised advice, and the Office Coordinator role is a key element in the execution of this service. A successful and reputable firm with over 40 employees, spanning across our offices in Brisbane, Maroochydore, and the Hunter Valley. The successful candidate will be based in our Brisbane branch (head office) and will have the opportunity to join a high performing and growing business.

Working as a part of our administration team your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the front office facilities and functions
  • Ensure the day-to-day requirements of the office run smoothly, including the presentation and organisation of the office
  • Support the General Manager and Operations Coordinators with the execution of operational activities and events
  • Provide the satellite offices with administration and operational support
  • Management of client inquiries with sophistication, empathy and professionalism
  • Facilitation and execution of first-class client experiences
  • Contribute to the positive team culture and environment at Sherrin Partners
  • Lead the social committee
