THE ROLE
As Front Office Receptionist, you will:
- Greet all customers with a warm smile
- Have fantastic communication skills and the ability to make our guests feel welcome
- Be able to quickly and efficiently solve problems and answer guest enquiries face to face and over the phone
- Create a smooth check in and out experience for our guests
- Have availability to work day and night shifts during the week and weekends
