With on site parking provided, the Front Office role is the important first point of contact for our joint Head Office location
Including the Front Office duties listed below, there is scope to assist our businesses in our day-to-day activities - be an integral part of things and get to know us from inside and out
A positive "can-do" attitude is essential for the role which is autonomous and rewarding - we try to do things differently to make a difference!
Training and handover will be provided
- Circa $60,000 p.a. plus super - open for discussion
- Port Botany location
- Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm - open for discussion
- ASAP start
Some of the key duties required
- Front office operations including meet and greet visitors, switchboard operations, courier mail (physical and e-mail) coordination
- Corporate boardroom coordination - diary management, amenities
- Coordinate with facilities management for building and office maintenance
- Travel arrangements as necessary
- Maintain tidy Front Office and common area facilities
- Assist other areas of the business as required
- Any other tasks as required by management
Skills and Experience:
- Front office operations
- Strong and relevant computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to integrate into a busy and well established organisation
