Front Office Receptionist

Newly branded, Comfort Resort Waters Edge is looking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

The Role:
You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception with tasks including but not limited to:

• Servicing the queries and needs of our in house guests
• Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations
• Welcoming guests to the property and performing check-in & check-out procedures
• Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history
• Delivering a high level of professional customer service
• Ensuring all aspects of Front Office/reception run smoothly
• Opening Reception (AM Shift) and Closing Reception (PM Shift)
• General day to day office and administrative duties.
   

We are searching for an individual who:

• Experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systems. 
• Demonstrates the ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment.
• Is comfortable in a service environment and has face to face customer service experience.
• Has exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound computer skills
• Has a friendly personality with ambition to succeed and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Is enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.
• Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.
• Displays a passion for excellent customer service.

This is a Casual Position over a 7day roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. In addition, applicants must be immaculately presented.
