About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a part time (2-3 days per week) Front Office Receptionist, to join our team and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile. In this service driven role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for residents and guests at C Bargara Resort. You'll be on your feet, interacting with guests in a professional manner, to deliver exceptional customer service and a great experience. You'll be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude”, which will see you thrive in the role.

Reporting to the resort General Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:
- Guest check in and check outs and accommodation reservations for C Bargara resort.
- Process payments & maintaining records;
- Answering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests;
- Provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities;
- Communicate with maintenance
- Support housekeeping in arranging workload
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What you’ll need to be successful
- Experience in Front Office reception in resort environment is not essential but some relevant experience is preferred
- Experience in working with a property management system
- A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent administration & MS Office application skills
- Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, be organised and possess efficient time management skills
- Be friendly, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Work well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of people
- Excellent personal presentation
