We are a friendly family run Dental practice looking for an experience Dental Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator 4 - 5 days per week, to join our warm, friendly and patient focused team. We offer an attractive hourly rate based on experience.
The right candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years experience in dental
- Certificate III Dental Assisting advantageous
- Ability to multitask, be organised and time efficient
- Mature approach to work and work ethic, be reliable and honest
- Be a great team player and work well in a close team
- Professional and well-polished in your presentation
- Experience in D4W would be an advantage but not a must
- Scheduling appointments for our patients and processing payments through Hicaps
- Above all, you are friendly, enthusiastic and able to build rapport easily with all our patients.
- Ability to put patients at ease.
- Applicants must be punctual, willing to learn, and friendly and project the care and empathy we value at Dental Excel.
About the role:
- Some chair side assisting & sterilisation of instruments required when necessary.
- Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
- 8 day fortnight
- Easy access on site parking.
