About the role
We have two exciting opportunities to join the Lending Operations team as a Fulfilment Officer in a permanent full-time role, ideally based in our Toowoomba office.
As a Fulfilment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of various loan fulfilment and security perfection tasks including, but not limited to, the preparation of loan documentation, confirming satisfaction of loan file documentation and loan conditions, settlement arrangement and completion.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Managing the loan fulfilment and security perfection requirements of Heritage and People's Choice in line with regulatory requirements and directions set by the Board.
- Supporting our members in achieving their financial goals and objectives.
- Utilising our values to build and maintain relationships with our Member Experience Lending Teams and other key stakeholders.
About you
With a strong attention to detail, you will ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and in accordance with regulatory requirements and policy. Being a 100% member-owned bank, you will truly understand that your contribution supports our member's lending experience, and you strive to go above and beyond to deliver high-quality support to the team. Prior industry experience, coupled with lending, brokering or conveyancing experience is highly regarded, but a can-do attitude and an eye for detail will set you up for success in this role.
