Victoria St Dental has been serving the community of Richmond for the last 30 years and hope to continue doing so for the next 30. That is why we need your help! We are planning to expand in 2024, so we are looking for individuals who are passionate, dedicated and who plan to commit long term in a growing practice.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Full time administration officer/receptionist (up to 38hours per week). Pay range is between $26 - $35 per hour
What Qualifications & Experience do we expect?
- Experience in the dental industry is highly recommended
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Operating System
- Experience with HICAPS highly favourable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- A positive and motivated attitude are also essential
- Confident in giving clear directions and enforcing protocols and guidelines
- Extremely organised and good time management skills
- Professional and presents yourself well at all times during work
- Being able to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly favourable but not essential
Your roles and responsibilities?
- Organising and scheduling patients
- Meet and greet patients and visitors
- Involved with marketing approaches at the practice including social media
- Record-keeping and administrative tasks involved in the everyday running of the clinic
