At Gap Road Dental Clinic, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care and creating a welcoming environment for our patients. We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Process patient payments and insurance information
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the dental team
- Proficient in using dental management software and basic office applications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to provide a current police check
