A Sydney based Aussie start-up has been going from strength to strength over the past 4 years, and they are now looking to expand their technical team to bring in some more amazing engineers to their close knit, high performing team.
They are seeking 2x Full Stack Developers/Software Engineers to join them in a permanent career opportunity, to help them build out their core functionality and work to fundamentally improve the scalability of their offering.
About the role:
- Collaborate with designers and fellow engineers to craft innovative solutions that delight our customers.
- Write high-quality code that’s easy to understand, modify, and test.
- Be a code review rockstar, providing valuable feedback to your peers.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by coaching and mentoring others.
- Champion codebase and architecture improvements, keeping our systems efficient and scalable.
- Partner with the support team to identify and fix production issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Get hands-on with customer success by attending demos and meetings (occasional).
Technology Stack:
You do not need but we do need you to be able to work with the below stack:
- Angular – Desirable, but equivalent (React/Vue would suffice)
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Typescript
- AWS or other cloud solutions(Google Cloud, Azure)
- Micro-services with serverless infrastructure
- Monorepo with Nx
- Jest, Storybook, Cypress for testing
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Full-Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from working with designers to craft the UI/UX to writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- You will work across a range of technologies and be comfortable solving problems as they arise.
- You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with your team to achieve common goals.
- You have a deep understanding of coding fundamentals and are fluent in TypeScript.
