Your new role
Your new role as Receptionist will start on a temporary basis with the path to continue permanently.
For this exciting company, you will be responsible for:
Answering a high influx of phone calls
Processing of payments
Answering customer queries and responding to concerns
Autonomous operation of day-to-day administrative tasks
Data Entry
Positively representing this well-known brand
What you'll need to succeed
Administrative experience
Experience working with a busy switchboard
Excellent organisational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed communication skills
Sound data entry experience
Ability to adapt to different leadership styles
