Full Stack Developer - Front-End Focussed

--- About the position ---

This mid-level position would suit someone with 3+ years of professional experience building websites and web applications in an agile software development environment, with a strong understanding of TypeScript, React, React Native, CSS & web accessibility standards. 

You can confidently work autonomously at a feature level and on well-defined projects. When needed, you will have the support of our senior and lead developers for direction, collaboration and peer reviews. 

You have ample experience breaking up new features into bite-size chunks and a high-level idea of how to approach most technical problems.

You are comfortable implementing completely new features from scratch, working at a steady pace and integrating new features into a codebase.

‍--- What you will be doing day to day ---

Autonomous development - Write code for new projects and enhancements using your expertise in modern TypeScript, React, React Native and CSS.

‍Quality assurance - Champion a quality-first approach, producing clean, accessible, maintainable code and proactively addressing security vulnerabilities.

‍Test and ship code - Contribute to projects where the overall objective is to deliver quality software on time and budget.

‍Self-management - Anticipate and resolve blockers, ensuring timely project delivery within budget constraints. Where necessary, communicate delays and blockers before they require escalation.

‍Collaboration and feedback - Engage in constructive dialogue with teammates and clients, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, feedback and innovation. 

‍Continuous improvement - Share your knowledge and contribute to project documentation. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

--- Essential qualities we’ll be looking for in your application include ---

1. Modern stack expertise
   3+ years of professional experience in TypeScript, React, React Native, CSS and accessibility standards.
2. Strong individual contributor
   You can work independently and proficiently to test and ship high-quality code.
3. Self-management
   Comfortable working in a remote environment, adept at managing workload and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
4. Problem solver
   Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, ensuring software robustness and reliability.
5. Excellent communicator
   At ease communicating with clients and teammates to discuss technical ideas and solutions.
