We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our Technology team at ABI Interiors in a full-time capacity. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement new features for our quoting and invoicing system. The ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and collaborate seamlessly with internal and external development teams is a key requirement for this role. What you will be doing: Work independently and as part of a team to solve technically challenging software engineering problems, making use a Full Stack development skillset. Write unit and end to end tests to minimise regressions when developing and introducing new features. Communicate with stakeholders at ABI Interiors to understand business requirements to plan and develop solutions accordingly. Collaborate with external development stakeholders to communicate business requirements and share development responsibilities for optimal outcomes. Use Agile processes to plan and manage workload. Communicate with internal resources for the design of UX/UI elements that support stakeholder requirements. Follow cyber security best practices and implement necessary measures to minimise risk. Create and maintain documentation for code, API’s, and system architecture. About you: 3-5 years of experience developing complex Full Stack web applications. Experience with Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript. Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests (e.g. Jest, Cypress) SQL, and relational database (RDBMS) experience. Experience writing API integrations and using microservices (e.g AWS Lambda). Great communication skills and ability to interpret stakeholder requirements. Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Accurate project estimate and scoping skills, ability to profile accurate timeframes and meet set deadlines.
