Play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of a greenfield project, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.
  
90% Hands on:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver features on time and with high quality.
• Actively write code to deliver solutions for the business (Angular to REACT migration)
• Develop software architectures in the application design that follows best practices and solves the business issues we encounter in an optimal way.
• Actively involved in bringing in new practices and tools to maintain / increase the team’s code quality.
• CI/CD build pipeline improvements with industry best practices.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a small team of developers.
• Define and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Ensure effective communication of squad delivery objectives to squad members. Set standards for technical excellence and standards for the squad to follow.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and develop engineers' technical skills.
• Ensure teams continuous improvement & review teams performance.
• Knowledge transfer of technical skills to squad members. Manage and resolve keyman risk.
• Drive the technical architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions using C# and React.
• Highlight and manage impediments to delivery. E.g. Technical debt or any blockers in completing tasks.

  
Skills needed:

• Particular strength in REACT / Front End skills.
• Significant .NET, C#, SQL experience.
• Strong Cloud.
• Demonstrate previous effective team leadership. Tech Lead experience as a minimum.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
• Significant experience in designing and setting up software architectures.
• Keen follower of best practices and applies them to the code base.
