AddressOur Client is a Tier 1 in Financial Services sector. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead Fullstack Engineer with expertise in Java, React, and NodeJS to join their talented team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications using Java, React, and NodeJS technologies.
- Provide Technical Leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that adhere to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improve development processes.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in Java, React, and NodeJS (A MUST).
- Experience in Financial Services sector (A MUST).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
- Experience with reactive programming and functional programming paradigms.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the developer community.
