Tasks & responsibilities
- Menu design and recipe creation
- Food preparation procedures and ordering procedures
- Ordering
- Cost control
- Rostering
- Staff training
- Working all sections of the kitchen.
A normal roster is Wednesday to Sunday (breakfast, lunch & 2 dinner nights Friday & Saturday only)
