About Us
We are a locally owned and operated Hotel/Pub operating in regional Queensland. We host between 50-200 each night. We regularly provide catering for corporate and private functions and have twenty hotel rooms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Cert IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery
- Food Safety Certificate preferable
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Preparing delicious meals
- Following safety and hygiene guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
