The Customer Engagement Team is going through a transition from Contact Centre to becoming Zoos Victoria's Customer Experience Hub. The team will ultimately manage all channels, customer touchpoints and enquiries. Our specialised operators will be highly trained to manage enquiries of the future - whether that is supporting a member of the public calling in an emergency wildlife rescue case or being on the frontline during a conservation crisis supporting donors, agencies and partner enquiries from around the world The team's role is to support our internal and external customers and strengthen their lifetime loyalty to Zoos Victoria.
What we are looking for:
- A passionate and articulate consultant to deliver exceptional customer service through engaging phone interactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions, driving overall customer satisfaction.
- Play a pivotal role in maximizing booking occupancy and revenue. We're looking for someone with a knack for sales, adept at identifying opportunities, and skilled in converting inquiries into bookings while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Be part of a dynamic team focused on mutual success and development. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, sharing insights and best practices to enhance team capabilities and drive collective success, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
