We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic General Manager l Customer Engagement to join the Team at Onemda, In this impactful role, you will spearhead the strategic direction and growth of the Customer Services portfolio.
As the General Manager I Customer Engagement you will report to the CEO and be a key member of the Onemda Executive Team. Onemda was established 50 years ago and has evolved to deliver a unique mix of learning and therapeutic services which supports people to maximise their wellbeing, achieve their goals and reach their potential. This innovative and dynamic organisation operates eight campuses across Melbourne, with the Head Office located in the Eastern suburbs. They have built a team who are progressive and responsive, committed to research, innovation and best practice to deliver real, measurable and meaningful outcomes.
- Drive strategic initiatives to elevate the quality of Group and Therapy Services.
- Champion a culture of excellence by mentoring, coaching, and empowering the Customer Services team.
- Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including operations, clinical practice, diversity and inclusion, to guarantee an exceptional participant experience.
You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and growing service provision within the disability sector.
- A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment that celebrates all.
- In-depth understanding of relevant legislation (NDIS, Fair Work Act) and best practices in disability care.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to ensure sustainable and high-quality service delivery.
- Proven experience in a senior management role (e.g., General Manager, Executive Director, Operations Manager) with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience in the NFP service sector such as disability, community services, health, or education.
