Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to increase our market presence and boost sales within the food and alcohol sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including cafes, restaurants, bars, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present and promote our product line to prospective customers, tailoring presentations to their specific needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the food or alcohol industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
