Position Description:
Joining Ausin Education, you will be part of a team that prioritizes teamwork and inclusivity. You will report directly to the institution's head.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized one-on-one tutoring and small group tuitions.
- Delivering customized courses tailored to individual student needs.
- Organizing quizzes during classes to evaluate tutoring effectiveness.
- Engaging in educational researches and collaborating on lesson plans with fellow subject group teachers.
- Participating in arts/music exchange activities, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and other related events as required.
Selection Criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in music or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience in music or equivalent professional experience.
- Skill in playing various musical instruments.
- Excellent English communication skills and the capability to instruct in English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in formal performances or involvement in related events.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
Salary Package:
- The salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus superannuation and additional benefits.
- Opportunities for paid professional development are provided annually.
