Position Description:

Joining Ausin Education, you will be part of a team that prioritizes teamwork and inclusivity. You will report directly to the institution's head.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing personalized one-on-one tutoring and small group tuitions.
2. Delivering customized courses tailored to individual student needs.
3. Organizing quizzes during classes to evaluate tutoring effectiveness.
4. Engaging in educational researches and collaborating on lesson plans with fellow subject group teachers.
5. Participating in arts/music exchange activities, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and other related events as required.

Selection Criteria:

Essential Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in music or a related field.
2. At least 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience in music or equivalent professional experience.
3. Skill in playing various musical instruments.
4. Excellent English communication skills and the capability to instruct in English.

Desirable Requirements:

1. Experience in formal performances or involvement in related events.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin.

Salary Package:

• The salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus superannuation and additional benefits.
• Opportunities for paid professional development are provided annually.
