Looking for a Pastry Chef/Cook to join our vibrant business in Wembley. This is a long-term secure position and benefits (super, leave etc.) will be paid.
The primary role is to manufacture high-quality gourmet biscuits and slices. Applicants must be able to work harmoniously as part of a small team.
Job Summary
- Up to five (5) days per week. Approx 8 hours per day, starting at 7 am. Longer hours at Christmas.
- No early starts, no night shifts, no weekend work, no public holidays, no irregular hours.
- Extensive training will be provided. Requires proficient listening skills and knowledge retention.
- Immediate start and free street parking are available close by.

Beneficial Attributes
- Love of food and enjoy working in a clean environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food-handling skills.
- Previous experience with biscuits, dough work and piping.
- Previous experience relieving or supporting the Head Chef.

We supply gourmet biscuits, slices and cakes to Perth’s best hotels, speciality supermarkets, professional firms, schools, and cafes.
