We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Pastrycook / Pastrychef to join the day shift team in Mandurah. If you’re an early bird this one’s for you, start early – finish early! About the role (ANZSCO 351112) This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week on the savoury shift, producing a premium range of handmade pies, pasties, sausage rolls and quiches.
The savoury team are rostered between the hours of 7am and 3pm with Tuesdays and Sundays off. This is a hands-on role cooking, mixing, laminating, and piping, alongside the savoury team. You will also assist with ingredient ordering, quality control and production planning. About you To be successful you will need to be a qualified Pastrycook with at least 3 years’ experience and a strong interest in baking savoury and sweet pastries. You will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge, technique, and skill in making a range of pastry products. You will need to be physically fit and have the ability to work at a fast pace to meet high volumes and are fun to be around. What we offer
