About the role
- Take care of customers and find solutions to their medical needs with the utmost kindness, professionalism and on an individual basis
- Dispensing and checking scripts using the MINFOS system
- Inventory management
- Delivery of 7CPA professional services
- Help build a cohesive front of shop and dispensary team
- Pride yourself on performance and presentation
- Vaccination training preferred
Skills and experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team, both with giving and taking directions with colleagues with respect and diligence
- Able to deliver exemplary patient counselling and care, providing comprehensive health-care solutions;
- Experience with Webster packing/DAA is desirable;
- Process-driven and excellent organisational skills;
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can solve multiple different pressing issues at once
- Tact, diplomacy and professionalism - you are able to deal with various sensitive situations;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with our customers;
- Vaccination certified preferred;
- AHPRA Registration as a pharmacist.
