Health Management Dietitians are looking for a Dietitian with that extra bit of personality. Our next team member will have a passion for working in a very fast paced Private Practice.
Our clinic has a well established client base with up to 2 weeks waiting list. Your main role will be one-on-one consultations, however you will also have the opportunity to consult with aged care facilities, servicing regular outpatient clinics in addition to presentations and article writing.

You will join a successful team of Dietitians supported by the Managing Director, Office Manager and admin team. Ongoing clinical support and training will be provided as well as the opportunity to continue your professional development through an allowance.
As we are situated in Far North Queensland, travel is required. You can expect to see the local region. This role will be based in our Mareeba clinic 3 days per week and our Atherton clinic 2 days per week, but there will be times where you're expected to travel to Cairns as well (travel reimbursement provided).
Extensive experience is not necessary (but desired), however a strong work ethic and drive to succeed is a must. At Health Management, we teach you how to be the best Private Practice Dietitian possible and our promise is that you will be a better Private Practice Dietitian in 12 months than you would anywhere else in the country. Expect to complete a minimum of 160 appointments a month with a target of 180. We have a terrific culture and embrace everyone in our team.
The desired candidate doesn't have to have experience working in Private Practice, however they must be willing to adapt and change their style of consulting to the successful and unique way we do things at Health Management.

Essential Criteria
Current drivers licence
Current DA membership with full or provisional APD status or willingness to commit to the APD program if successful
Must be able to pass a police check
QLD Blue Card or ability to apply for one
Excellent time management skills
Ability to build rapport with others
Business mindset
Willingness to relocate to Mareeba/Atherton
Permanent full-time, minimum 38 hour per week salaried position.
12 month probation applies.
Remuneration:
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (Experience dependant) + performance bonus' after 12 months. + Statutory superannuation
2 days paid PD leave
$1000 PD allowance
Monthly Phone allowance
Yearly 3 day retreats
