The Opportunity exists for a Part time Qualified Baker to work with an established Bakery team.

Do you still have a passion for baking but you are tired of the ridiculous Bakery Hours?

We have an opportunity for a part time Baker Earliest start time is 2am second shift starts at 6am

Key Responsibilities:

· You will be required to prepare and bake a full range of traditional and Gourmet breads from scratch to the high standards determined by the Bakers Delight system.

· Be proficient and able to instruct others in all aspects of bread baking and all bakery machinery.

· Ensure as production staff you will need to uphold Bakers Delight standards of health and cleanliness.

· Participate in all aspects of stock control.

· Adhere to production schedules.

· Calculate production and waste values.

· Remain fully co-operative with all bakery staff with regards to systems, routines and other requirements essential in ensuring a successful operation.

Requirements

· Must Have a current drivers licence

· Must be flexible with working hours

· Early Starts

· Weekend work required

· Must be hardworking and driven
