The RoleReporting to the Assistant Manager & Store Manager, we are seeking an outstanding
Sales Associate who offers exceptional customer experiences through beautiful selling ceremonies.
Key responsibilities include:- Represents the brand, guaranteeing that the Brand image is correctly perceived by clients and implement the brand strategy.
- Guarantees to the corresponding team that the Sales Ceremony process (Welcoming, Exploration, Proposal, Closing & Service and Customer follow-up) is correctly performed ensuring that the Brand image is properly perceived by customers
- Ensures daily/weekly/monthly target, KPI and CRM target and achieve individual objective, contributing to store target’s achievement through taking possible action to maximize sales
- Works with your Superior on creating a good atmosphere in the store and makes sure to have the best team.
- Participates in all inventory, cycle counts, stock take and merchandize reception
- Proficient and accurate use of POS

Skills Required
- 1 year of experience in a similar position in store and at least 3-5 years working as a Sales Assistant in a premium OR Luxury Fashion / leathergoods / accessories brand.
- Full Australian work rights
- Sound communication skills & eloquent in English
- Able to commit on individual sales target
- Team player
