The Role
- Engage and build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge
- Showcase expertise in menswear ready-to-wear, with a preference for experience in tailoring and alterations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to translate them into personalized recommendations for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and leaves with a memorable shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Proven experience in menswear ready-to-wear, with an understanding of tailoring and alterations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Passion for delivering unparalleled customer service and creating a luxurious shopping atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
