Full Time Strength and Conditioning Coach

LIVE FIT Tasmania is currently looking for a Full Time Coach to join the team. This role is Full time Pro rata (0.75) with a view to shift to Full time, for the right candidate, within 8 weeks.

To excel at this role you will need to be driven, motivated, a great Coach on the gym floor, and be driven by creating the best results and experience for members with their nutrition, their training, and helping to maintain our amazing community.

You must be enthusiastic and passionate about the industry, and willing to hit the ground running.

Our team will be dedicated to helping you learn as you go, hit targets, and achieve your milestones.

About the Role

As Coach you will be responsible for:

• Running up to 10 sessions a week of Group Semi Private Sessions. 
• Checking in with Members Weekly to ensure adherence to training, meal plans and weigh ins.
• There is capacity for up to 30 clients One on One PT with room for you to expand your client base with your own clients outside rostered hours.
• Delivering a Member Experience that keeps people coming back.

What does an A Player look like.

• Prior industry experience of 2 years as a PT 
• Applicants must have Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness 
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and be a self-starter
• Capacity to work as part of a team as well as independen
• High level of professionalism
• High level of honesty and open communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• The drive to change as many lives through health and fitness as possible
• Current First Aid & CPR (preferred, not essential)
