Full-Time Support Worker (Flexi)

Care With Quality is a Melbourne-based boutique home and community care provider that services in the North-western and South-eastern regions of Melbourne and we have served our community providing personalised care services for over 25 years. About the role

We support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

• Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
• Providing personal care
• Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
• Transporting clients to appointments and run errands.
• Providing general social support and spending quality team with clients

We are looking for a full-time, FLEXI-CARER, who will be our on-call, go-to Support Worker from Monday to Friday, for an eight-hour block some time between 7am and 6pm each day. This is a great opportunity to support members across our community with a wide range of service needs and, to work full-time in a role that you love!

In joining the team, you must have:

• A genuine caring nature and the desire to help others.
• Great communication skills
• Cert III in Aged Care or Cert III or IV in Individual Support or Disability (Mandatory)
• Be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
• Be willing to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport, driving license and Comprehensive Insurance (Mandatory).
