• Permanent Full-Time positions | | 24/7 Rotating Roster available
• Level 5 + award relief allowances + penalties + overtime
• End of Trip facilities (showers, bike racks, lockers)
• Refer a friend or colleague to MSS Security for a $500 bonus on commencement and then receive an additional $500 bonus after 6 months of employment!

About the roles
These positions are primarily responsible for providing a security presence across the MSS Security portfolio whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Work on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within the Sydney region.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Concierge / commercial building security
• Access control and monitor CCTV
• Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries
• Direct and escort visitors to site
• Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys
• Conduct foot patrols internal and external

Skills and Experience:

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
• Current NSW Security licence
• Government Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Australian Citizenship for candidates wanting to work within Government Security (due to clearance requirements)
• Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High standards of presentation and grooming
• High level computer literacy skills
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
• Integrity and sound judgment
