Nau mai, haere mai ki te whānau o Fulton Hogan | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family

The Fulton Hogan life

Life at Fulton Hogan is about making the most of opportunities, taking responsibility, having a crack, being accountable and making it happen. We don't just stand still; we take pride in our work to do more and do better for yourself and your community.

As an employer, we know this relationship is a two-way street. That's why we sign a contract that makes promises to you, not just the other way around. To ensure we work together. Our culture is what supports us to do this, and do it well.

Our culture:

Family

As a family-owned business, we put family first and to us family means our people, our clients, our partners, and our communities. We work hard because it matters and pull together to deliver results. And we back each other. By collaborating we build meaningful and lasting relationships. We do this because we are genuinely nice people who care, enjoy what we do, like who we work with and even manage to have some fun.

Opportunity

We believe everyone should be given opportunities; to be safe, to be encouraged, to grow and to be the best that they can be. But we don't just believe this, we do it. Life at FH is about making the most of the opportunities, taking responsibility, having a crack, being accountable, making it happen. We don't stand still, there are always opportunities to do more and do better.

Do the right thing

We do the right thing and expect the same from those around us. Big or small we challenge ourselves to add value - both in the work we do and how we do it. We lead, we don't follow, and we stay true to our values, with a positive, can-do approach that sets us apart. We are passionate about making a positive difference, both to the world we live in and for our people.
