Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Sales Account Manager to join our Melbourne team.The Role:
- In the capacity of an Account Manager, your core duty involves serving a diverse clientele by advocating and advancing the sales of our engineered plastics across multiple sectors.
- Through adept selling strategies, you'll oversee accounts, surpass monthly objectives, and deliver premium technical guidance to clients.
- Primarily centered on existing account management, this role demands a holistic grasp of raw plastic materials, covering their complete life-cycle.
- Raw plastic material
- Partially processed plastic film
- Food packaging (both flexible and rigid)
- We are looking for an individual with over 4 years of face-to-face sales experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of technical knowledge within the Polymers Industry is advantageous.
- While a relevant technical qualification is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
- Essential qualifications include computer literacy, proficiency in the MS Office suite, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong communication skills, excellent sales processes, and effective negotiation abilities are crucial for success in this role.
