Our preferred Functions Chef will have a strong restaurant background coupled with extensive experience in preparing exquisite food for functions of over 150 people. You will be comfortable working under pressure and can multi-task with several functions operating at once.
You're highly flexible as this role will be predominately weekends and shifts may change according to booked functions. Additionally you have access to reliable transport and are well presented. You will be comfortable working under pressure. From time to time you may need to lead a small team of Function Chefs.
Experience working in a high volume restaurant is preferred.
