How you will make an impact
The Functional Specialist - JD Edwards is responsible in collaboratively working with key business leads in enhancing system capabilities while providing exceptional information system support for day-to-day activities. In partnering with business leads you will provide the vision for new solutions and work with other technical teams in achieving positive outcomes. This will require some project management duties for small and medium size initiatives where scope, status and risk assessments are to be provided to stakeholders.
The role requires a skilled JDE candidate with extensive functional and technical expertise across the applications, provide the day-to-day support activities to the business stakeholders, and working with Vendor support and project teams. Working in the Corporate Applications team the successful candidate will also work closely with specialist in Workday, Kronos and Chris21 ensuring the effective interoperability of systems.
About you
To be successful in the role you will have the following:
Ideally a minimum of 3 years current development experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferably 9.x modules/suites
Developed using E1 development tools such as Event Rule, NER, C-Business function, BI Publisher
Knowledge on Workflow, Business Services/Web Services (BSSV), E1 page, CafeOne (preferred)
Understanding of different operating environments (DV, PY, PD) and associated object promotion rules
Functional knowledge of financial and distribution modules
Experience with IIS, SQL in creating extracts, and updating database tables
Demonstrated ability to be a subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining and administrating complex enterprise applications
Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
