Role Overview
Working for the Fund Accounting Manager, your role will assume responsibility for business-as-usual financial, fund and statutory reporting tasks. After the business-as-usual tasks are completed the focus of the role will be on improving processes and adding efficiencies wherever possible.
- Statutory reporting and tax calculations (GST & BAS)
- General ledger reconciliations
- Daily unit pricing and distribution calculations
- NAV calculations
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships across finance and the wider company community
- Support change agenda with ad hoc project responsibilities such as automation of processes and driving a mentality of continuous improvement.
- 2-3+ years' experience in Big 4 or mid-tier Chartered - Audit or Business Services
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Experience working with funds, investments or private equity clients
- Prior experience reviewing or completing tasks such as NAV and unit pricing
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills
