Our client a rapidly growing Global Fund Manager who have a focus on ESG products are looking for an accountant to join their growing team looking after clients accounts, performing accounting duties and working with clients to onboard.

Financial Accounting responsibilities
- Demonstration of process improvement/re-engineering experience to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Financial analysis across the funds
- Handling the fund’s accounts and collaborating in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund’s entities
- Preparing the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, coordinating the audits, and reviewing other fund related reports
- Coordinate Investor servicing, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements
- Organising and participating in board meetings and shareholders' meetings
- Reviewing tax returns and tax balances and maintaining relevant contacts with the tax authorities.
It is likely that you will come either direct from a professional services environment or are already working in the Funds Services sector, you will have a combination of the following skills and experience
- CA / CPA qualified (or close to)
- Experience with Private equity or real assets preferred
- Keen to show initiative and present solutions
- Interest in/knowledge of sustainability and impact investing well regarded
- Able to demonstrate core finance team capabilities
